Multi-skilled Tech op/ Transcriber

You will work as part of a team operating a broad variety of technical equipment to deliver broadcast quality productions for ITV SignPost’s growing business across network broadcast and interactive multimedia platforms. You will produce accurate transcripts verbatim from TV programmes and other media material. Audio typing with accuracy and speed to produce verbatim scripts of TV Programmes will be key in this role.

You will also be responsible for the operation of technical studio equipment, including cameras, record machines, mixer desks with digital video effects and autocue amongst others. You will edit and create imagery using a variety of IT editing packages, including Adobe Production Premium bundle and AVID Media composer 5. We will look to you to monitor the technical quality of all production for delivery across our multimedia platforms.
